This is a small group tour with a maximum of 10 people.&nbsp;The full-day tour is an all-inclusive experience visiting a hand full of award-winning locations in Australia&#39;s most prestigious wine region.&nbsp;

Your tour starts with a scenic drive to the Yarra Valley, offering opportunities to spot kangaroos, koalas, wild birds and see the stunning Yarra and Dandenong&nbsp;ranges.&nbsp;

Arrive at Yarra Farm Fresh, where you will find the best locally grown Yarra Valley product under one roof. Enjoy a guided fruit tasting of local, seasonal produce

Visit the lush grounds of St Hubert&#39;s cellar door for a&nbsp;guided wine-tasting experience among&nbsp;the gorgeous valley&nbsp;surroundings. While visiting the winery, wander through the&nbsp;Hubert Gallery of Art, showcasing the works of First Nations artists from around Australia.&nbsp;

The St Huberts Estate visit&nbsp;includes a complimentary bottle of wine&nbsp;to take home and enjoy.&nbsp;

Settle into lunch at Rochford Estate &ndash; one of Victoria&#39;s top wineries &ndash;&nbsp;with&nbsp;guided wine tastings followed by a gourmet lunch, sharing sides and a glass of wine or soft drink. After lunch, learn about&nbsp;sustainable wine-making practices&nbsp;at the Payten &amp; Jones cellar door in Healesville while tasting your way through their locally made varieties.&nbsp;

In time for an afternoon snack for all chocolate lovers, stop at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie &amp; Ice Creamery. See how the chocolate chefs make their famous delights and sample some of their creations.&nbsp;

Then it&#39;s time to say goodbye to the Yarra Valley and head back to Melbourne.
